Question: How does the club secretary
add new officers for the coming year?
Answer:
The paper form is PU101, however, the
prefered method is using the LCI web site.
Go to the LCI web site: www.lionsclubs.org;
Then choose "MyLCI";
Next, put in your User name and
Password.
Then, on the next screen choose "My Task"
box.
Next, choose "Enter next year's officers".
On each officer position look to the right
hand side and click "Add Officer".
Then click on "Select Member".
Next select a member for the position and
it will automatically fill in the officer
position.
Do this for each position.
Fill in all the positions if you have all the
names or a minimum of President,
Secretary, Treasurer and Membership
Chairman.
May 15th each year is the deadline for
sending in your paper PU101 or going
online and entering your clubs new
officers.
